It’s Friday! I feel like the days and weeks are going by so slow this month knowing that I’m going home less than two weeks. I’m so excited for my quick visit to Arizona! First on my to-do list is to load up on In-n-Out Burger (oh how I’ve missed my love), next is to eat enough home-cooked food and salsa to hold me over until Spring. So…basically my to-do list only involves food – sounds pretty normal to me!
