Is it just me or do long weekends never really do the trick? I feel like it makes the following week drag on and it always takes me a few days to get my groove back. Over the weekend, I worked on this week’s blog posts, I ran some errands, started my Christmas shopping, and even began decorating my apartment. Although it was productive, I definitely could use another day to sleep in and catch up on emails.
Today’s look is probably one of my favorite this season! I got this leopard print faux fur jacket over the summer from The Fashion Foundation (when I got THIS SHIRT and THIS SKIRT.) I knew I wanted it for fall and winter, so I stored it away until the temperatures recently dropped. For this shoot, I envisioned the jacket being perfect in Soho. We found a cobblestone street, and it was such a fun look to photograph! I paired it with a classic black turtleneck, my Old Navy flare jeans, brown boots and my new Woodzee sunglasses. These pieces are my basic go-to’s in my wardrobe, but the jacket completely elevates the look and makes it perfect “downtown fashion girl” ensemble. I hope you enjoy today’s look and you can shop it in the links below! xo
