Yellow is having a major moment in fashion right now, and I’m all aboard this color train. It’s fresh, bold and a nice new color addition to my closet. I also love how it is a great color to transition from summer to fall. We’re currently in that moment where summer is coming to a close, but fall is not in full swing, so I’m currently re-working all of my favorite summer pieces, like this drawstring shirt dress from Topshop, into a pre-fall vibe with chunky accessories and boots.
I love shirt dresses because they’re lightweight enough for the hottest summer days, but enough coverage during this tricky transitional period. This style of dress is extremely versatile and always my go-to silhouette when putting together a look.
