Happy Wednesday guys! I hope you’re loving the Denim Guide this week as much as I am! On Monday I talked about my Denim Essentials and yesterday I teamed up with four of my favorite blogger gals to talk about how we find the best pair of jeans for our body type. As you now know, I love denim. I like pairing denim on denim and finding new ways to style my Canadian Tuxedo! Today, I’m sharing 5 ways you can wear all denim, from the office to date night, without feeling like you’re in a 90’s OshKosh B’Gosh overalls campaign. Let’s get to it! xo
1. The Office Denim
Denim skirts are back, but it’s time to trade in your hip-hugging mini for a pencil skirt. I found this little number on Lulu’s and I love the asymmetrical front button fly – it makes the skirt more tailored and perfect for the office. I paired the skirt with an oversized vintage button-up and metallic heels. Add a pop of color with earrings and lipstick, and I can guarantee your outfit will be the talk of the conference room!

2. The Date-Night Denim
Ok, not all denim minis are out. I paired this denim mini with a classic white tee and denim jacket for date night. I think this look is super flirty and fun and perfect for this transitional weather!

3. The Girls-Night-Out Denim
Britney Spears called and she doesn’t want her all denim look back. When wearing two of the same materials in one look, play with dimensions and different shades. I paired this vintage shirtdress with flare jeans – I left most of the buttons undone to create a jacket-feel to the dress and I kept accessories simple.

4. The Casual Denim
Pile on the denim! One of my favorite denim brands is Wrangler, and they’re celebrating their 70th anniversary! I just got this cropped jacket and jeans from their anniversary capsule collection and paired them with my vintage oversized denim jacket. Who says you can’t wear two denim jackets in one look? This is probably one of my favorite outfits from today because you can wear it on the weekend with sneakers, or dress it up a little with metallic mules!

5. The Party Denim
Turn up your party look and wear your denim jacket backwards. I’m not joking! I paired my long Rachel Roy jacket with a nude pencil skirt and belted it. It’s daring, but will definitely be a conversation starter at your next party!
Loved all of these! Especially the girls night out, obsessed. And I need those pearl mule/sandals <3
