Happy Sunday loves! Sundays are a mix of lazy TV time, running errands and preparing for the busy week ahead. Tonight on the blog, I’m sharing 10 ways to have a productive Sunday for an even more productive week! xo
Tip 1: Make a to-do list
Personally I am a visual person and I need to see everything I have to do for the week ahead. I have partnered with Erin Condren and they have completely helped me get my life on track! A few weeks ago they sent me a personalized planner and a bunch of other goodies! My life is as busy as ever right now, and this planner has been a life saver!
I write out my schedule and my to-do lists for each day, and this way I feel organized going into the week and less overwhelmed.

Tip 2: Clean your apartment
This one is so simple! I know personally for me after cleaning my apartment I feel so much better about the upcoming week. Also think about it, cleaning your apartment on a Sunday is much better than after a busy work day.
Tip 3: Do your laundry
The worst thing to happen during the week is to run out of clothes. By doing your laundry on a Sunday, you prevent that from happening. Also, let’s be real, who wants to go do laundry on a Tuesday night when you can be at happy hour?
Tip 4: Go grocery shopping
Personally, I have no time during the week to go grocery shopping so I do mine on Sunday. I also try and get enough food for the entire week so I don’t have to go during the week.
Tip 5: Prepare meals and snacks for the week
After grocery shopping, I prepare my lunches, and snacks that I can grab when I’m on the go. A baggie of fruit, homemade trail mix, or a pre-made salad are all easy options to keep you from getting hangry.
Tip 6: Plan outfits for the week
All you have to do is look at this weeks upcoming weather and events or meetings, and start planning out your outfits. Sometimes it is easier said than done, but by planning out your outfits you will save yourself at least 20 minutes in the morning.
Tip 7: Prepare your gym bag
By preparing your gym bag on a Sunday you might actually hit the gym during the week. If you’re running late in the morning, you might just skip packing your bag and not go to the gym, so by packing it on Sunday, or the night before, you’ll be more likely to go!
Tip 8: Clean out your purse
I know that my purse gets crazy throughout the week, and it usually makes me feel stressed. However, after cleaning it out on a Sunday I feel organized and ready for the week. The last thing I want is to pull out my lipstick and have a gum wrapper wrapped around it, or I can’t find a bobby pin.
Tip 9: Schedule outings with friends for the week
The work week doesn’t have to be just work and no fun. Plan to meet up with your friends once or twice a week for happy hour, dinner or an event. Also, by planning to meet up with friends, it gives you something to look forward to!
Tip 10: Take time for yourself
I believe that this is the most important tip! Even though you have a lot to get done for the week, take time for yourself. Whether that’s walking around your neighborhood, Netflix binging or getting a pedicure, take some time for “me” time. Relaxing is essential to make sure that you are well rested and prepared for the week ahead.
Now that I shared a few tips, at the end of the post you can shop my favorite items to have a productive week!
