You know how yesterday I said I felt like royalty at Wedgewood Hotel & Spa? Well, let’s just talk about the afternoon tea we did on Saturday after checking in, because I could have sat there all day long. I have never been to a traditional afternoon tea before and I was so excited to experience this! Shelby and I both dressed up and once we arrived to the Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge, they escorted us to a reserved corner booth next to the fireplace where we sat on a velvet couch looking out a window to the street.
Wedgewood’s Traditional Afternoon Tea includes a large selection of loose leaf teas and herbal infusions, a 3-tier platter with a variety of finger sandwiches, scones and dessert. You can see the full menu HERE. I tried the Organic Pear Green Tea, and Shelby had the Lavender Earl Grey and they both were delicious! We also couldn’t get enough of the food, it was so tasty!
Afternoon Tea is served daily between 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and I highly recommend that you indulge in tea if you’re visiting Wedgewood and Vancouver. Here are handful of snaps from the tea, enjoy! xo
