Where did the weekend go? I feel like in the blink of an eye April was gone and it was already leading into summer. Although I feel like my to-do list is never ending, I’m really excited for a few upcoming trips I have planned, and projects I’m working on! I am taking a short weekend trip to Vegas this weekend and it’s much needed. I have not had a vacation since Christmas and really want a change of scenery for a couple days. Although Vegas is not a “relaxing” weekend by any means, I get to see my brother and sister and hopefully some sunshine too!

Today I’m wearing two of my newest summer additions to my closet, this burnt orange midi dress from Double Agent and a vintage Gucci belt The Real Real. If you have been following my blog for some time now, you’ll know that I love thrifting and adding a vintage flair to my wardrobe. I haven’t made much time to thrift shop since I moved to NYC but when I heard about The Real Real I wanted to see what it was all about. It is a luxury consignment website and they sell pieces from fashion, fine jewelry to fine art. They offer a variety of designers too and consignors can earn up to 60-70% of the sale price, which is so cool since some brick-and-mortar consignment shops may only give you 10-20% of the piece. Also, I’ve had people ask me the quality of the belt and if I had a good experience and I say, ‘yes!’. The site will tell you what condition the piece is in and will give you a handful of pictures so you can check out the item.
