The most important thing I have learned from street style, is to not overthink it. For years I’ve been looking at snapshots outside fashion shows of bloggers and magazine editors and I’ve realized, they’re all ‘right!’ I gain inspiration from the people around me and walking the streets in NYC has helped me see so many different types of personal style and current trends. My personal style has even started changing in the past year and it’s intriguing to see how environment, culture and people can influence that. Some of my favorite outfits are when I have less than five minutes to be out of the door and just grab things, layer them and hope for the best. My go-to casual look here is a graphic top, leather jacket, pants, sneaks and some sort of statement accessory. It’s not overthought, it’s comfortable and I never regret it. So there you have it, ABC Street Style, as easy as 123. xo
