As a pseudo redhead for two years, I was nervous to wear red. Don’t get me wrong, red lipstick was always a must but red clothing was never normally my first choice off the rack. But today I’m excited to share this chic dress from local Arizona store, Shop Olive You and my last part of my senior sessions with Brooke Marcella Photography. I paired the dress with a necklace and cuff from two of my Phoenix Fashion Week Spring into Style jewelry sponsors, and my favorite (and over featured) heels. So to all my redheads that are afraid of wearing red, blondes of wearing yellow, or for any of you that steer clear of wearing a specific color, my best piece of advice is to start with small doses (ie: lipstick, accessories) and if you wear it in a solid outfit piece, like my dress, match with neutral accessories to tone down the outfit.
