The Fourth of July is quickly approaching and I’ll be spending this week showing you three different holiday-inspired outfits! I absolutely love the Fourth of July and I’m really sad I’ll be missing my hometown festivities this year. Every year in my hometown there is a rodeo dance, cowboy boot race and a huge street fair – I loved growing up in a tight knit community where these little traditions were so meaningful. It was basically like a yearly reunion with friends and family. Now that I’m in NYC, and in a city much, much larger than home, I’m excited for this adventure and a chance to create new holiday traditions.
In the past to prepare for The Fourth, I have created outfit guides (here and here), style posts (here and here), even DIY tutorials on the blog (here and here) – but this week I’ll be celebrating through my favorite outfits plus a little something extra each day. Today I’ll be sharing my newest best friend to help me prepare for any event, The Emjoi Micro-Nail Nail Buffer. I hardly ever go into a salon to get manicures or pedicures; I normally just opt for an in-home self mani/pedi since it’s quicker. When I found this nail-buffer my life seriously changed! This little tool quickly buffed out and shines my nails, and made my next manicure seamless!
This tool is great when you’re in a pinch before an event and don’t have the time to go in to get a manicure- my nails were done in under two minutes! You can shop the item below and make sure to comment if you’ve tried this, or similar, nail buffers! Tune in tomorrow for my next Fourth of July outfit! xx
